Setting up MapGuideOS for Java developers

It looks like some points to set up environment for Java/Tomcat
developers are missing from "Developer's Guide" as well as from
"Installing and Configuring on Windows":

1) In httpd.conf line should be added:
   JkMount  /mapguide/devguide/* worker1

2) utilityfunctions.jsp file from \javaviewersample directory should be
copied to \devguide directory.
