Customizing Feature Properties

I'm looking into adding some editing capability for feature attributes. I'm
using the DWF Viewer and the properties are displayed in the properties
palette after I select a feature. When I mouse over a property value it
appears as a link that currently does nothing. Does anyone know how to go
about configuring the property value link either through Studio or the API?
