[mapguide-users] Fedora 4 make errors

Your machine is missing the mysql developer package (or it's installed
in a non-standard location).  Try reinstalling the package.  GDAL might
also have an option to not use the mysql package, e.g.

  configure --without-mysql

I didn't confirm this though.
