It sounds like you are having the same problem a few of us experienced with
the latest build on Windows 2003. See this thread for the solution.

Subject: [mapguide-users] IIS Configuration of Mapguide OS - testing web
server extensions fails
Hi,
I'm attempting to install MapGuide OS on Windows 2003 Server IIS 6. I have
followed the instructions in the 'Installing and Configuring on Windows'
document and the Map Agent test and Site Administrator test both are fine.
However when I attempt the web server extension test with the following url:
http://localhost/mapguide/mapviewerajax/ajaxviewer.aspx?WEBLAYOUT=Library://
ATest.WebLayout
I get the following IIS error
The page cannot be found

* Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and
search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and
About Custom Error Messages.
Any ideas? I previously installed on Windows XP without a problem. Could it
anything to do with the application protection for the mapagent (see page 16
of installation guide) as this is not an option with IIS 6?
Thanks in advance,
Chris
