[mapguide-users] Layer Preview displays "You are not authorized to view this page"

It is possible that you need to add IUSER security rights to your web
directory and/or PHP executables. So at least we can narrow the problem
being IIS or even possibly a web share (virtual directory) issue.

I'm running XP Pro SP2 with all of the latest Windows Updates and MapGuide
Studio 2007 and when I open a layer, all I see in the Layer Preview is the
IE error "You are not authorized to view this page".  Then, if I attempt to
click some of the buttons next to Refresh, I get script errors.
