MapGuide application not loading properly inbrowser

Thanks for your reply.  Just to clarify...  I get this application not 
loading properly issue on a variety of client paltforms (XP home, XP Pro, 
Win 2000, Win 98) so I believe the issue is on the server (Win 2003 Server).
