tooltip outside viewer - blink marker

Hi all!

I use my own tooltip whit use of

ViewerFrame.mapFrame.ExecuteMapAction(mode);

(buttons who call ExecuteMapAction(mode)  -  so built-in toolbar is off.

When i add some points to map and i chose for ex. zoom-in or zoom-out 
tool all my markers are blink (in Internet Explorer)

This is very infuriating for user.

How sould i call this function whitout refres  map?
