Properties - display format

Hi all,

 

Is it possible to control the format of the property values that are
displayed in the property pane when features are selected?  I'm
specifically interested in suppressing the zeros after the decimal
point.  Mapguide seems to like to display 6 digits after the decimal.  

 

Can I control this display globally?  On a field by field basis?
