polygon

Hi all,

I have seen a nice sample from osge live application gallery which is "Info
Excavation".
In that sample there is polygon digitizing features.
once i finish drag the polygon, a layer which contains the polygon
will be created. anybody has idea on how to do this?
I have attached an image for the example.
I hope somebody can help me out.
