I believe this is a known bug with the currently-available versions of  
MapGuide. There have been two or three other threads about this issue  
during the past several months and I haven't seen a resolution yet.  I  
know that nothing we tried here was able to resolve it.

I'd love to have somebody prove me wrong on this one.  :-)
