[win xp] errot test on mapagent.fcgi

Hi all,

I have install mapguide open source on pc with Win xp, Apache, PHP

I have installed all by default.

When I exec the test:

http://localhost:8008/mapguide/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi?OPERATION=ENUMERATERESOURCES&VERSION=1.0.0&LOCALE=en&RESOURCEID=Library://&TYPE=&DEPTH=-1

Error:

Cannot establish connection.
