It seems the interface InitializeSockets() is obsolete, I remembered
there're other interfaces were obsolete as well

You need to remove them all from the sample code.

Does this still work with the latest version (1.0.1)? 

I get this error when trying to access the page:-

There doesn't seem to be an InitializeSockets method in MapGuideApi now. 
Same call is made in the tiled version and the dwf version.
