Oracle Spatial Advanced and FDO driver compatibility

Hi:

Using Adsk FDO Provider for Oracle Spatial I have no problems with
information previously written by Adsk Map 2005 OSE which is the same since
Map 2004 trough 2006.

The Spatial Metadata is automatically generated when the Features were
written into Oracle.

If you want to migrate oracle spatial info from AMAP 2004 to AMAP 2007 for
read/write then you must setup the schema with the new FDO Manager.

I have an Oracle schema with spatial tables, created through the
"Oracle Spatial Advanced" feature from Autodesk Map 2004.
It is possible to read this tables from MapGuide Open Source, with the
"King Oracle provider for MapGuide Open Source", or with any other
driver?
(It is necessary to create some fdo metadata tables?)
If is is not possible, how can I convert my data to be able to read it
from MapGuide Open Source?
