Registering Map Guide Enterprise

My evaluation copy of MapGuide Enterprise just expired.... :(

I can't seem to figure out how to properly license my copy of Enterprise.
I've got a serial number, but I don't understand how to setup a licensing
server, or a licensing file or what not. I'm totally confused even with
regards to my options.
