[Mapguide_users] how to load sheboygan sample data

i downloaded sheboygan sample data from mapguide.osgeo . The sample data is a
zip file ,wheni unzipped i though i would get a package  i.e a .mgp file ,
but it is a fodler with all xml files 

how can i get a .mgp file from this data
