[MapProxy] New MapProxy 0.8.2rc1 release

Hi,

there is a new release candidate for the upcoming 0.8.2 release of  
MapProxy.

Changes since 0.8.1:
- add fallback if PIL is missing TrueType support
- use zc.lockfile for locking
- improved logging:
  - log to stdout with develop.ini
  - add %(here)s support for log.ini (changed from {{conf_base_dir}})
  - do not enable ConcurrentLogHandler by default

This release candidate is available at:

To update within your virtualenv:

$ pip install --no-deps --upgrade \
       http://mapproxy.org/static/rel/MapProxy-0.8.2rc1.tar.gz
