[MapProxy] New MapProxy 0.8.2 release

Hi,

there is a new release of MapProxy. The 0.8.2 release improves the installation on Windows systems. There are no changes from the RC1 version. 

Changes since 0.8.1:
- add fallback if PIL is missing TrueType support
- use zc.lockfile for locking
- improved logging:
 - log to stdout with develop.ini
 - add %(here)s support for log.ini (changed from {{conf_base_dir}})
 - do not enable ConcurrentLogHandler by default

The latest release is available at:

To update within you virtualenv:

$ pip install --no-deps --upgrade MapProxy
