[MapProxy] New MapProxy 0.9.0.1 release

Hi,

there is new bug-fix release of MapProxy.

The latest release is available at: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/MapProxy

To update within you virtualenv:

  $ pip install MapProxy


It only contains two bug-fixes:

 - MapProxy failed to load when the system wide proj4 library had no
   EPSG:3857 definition.
 - There was a one-off error in the image quantization of transparent,
   paletted PNG files wich made random pixels transparent.
   (The error occurred with a default PIL installation only, the
    improved version was not affected:
