[MapProxy] Two GetFeatureInfo issues

 Hello Oliver,

After installing the new version,  the GetFeatureInfo coordinate
transformation works really well!
I am using a remote WMS service, that for some reason has a
configuration error in the projection engine. This error has been there
for quite some time and for some reason they were not (yet) able to fix it.
Now,  thanks to MapProxy, this proxied service not only works much
faster because of the added caching, but is also much more accurate
thanks to the accurate MapProxy reprojection. This makes the proxied
service much better than the original.
