[MapProxy] Mapproxy 0.9.0

Hello!

I have installed and runned the previous ver. of mapproxy on windows XP with no problem. When I downloaded and runned the installtion, following the same installation guide, I didnt get the paster.exe file. This means I couldnt create the mapproxy.yaml files nor start the server.

paster create -t mapproxy_conf mymapproxy

paster serve etc/develop.ini --reload


I tried to use the old paster files from the previos installed ver. this offcourse didnt work.

Anyone with simliar problem, or that has a solution for this?
