[MapProxy] onlineresource url issue in getcapabilities response

Thank you for your help the header information was not added to the
mod_proxy configuration.

BTW we recently turned to use mod_proxy in apache and paster as
server, from mod_wsgi that appeared to be very unreliable and made
apache leaking memory and caused daily lockups.
