[MapProxy] Are requests to a TMS source multithreaded?

Hi Oliver,

 

Are the individual tile requests to a TMS source layer handled sequentially
or in parallel through multithreading?  The "concurrent_tile_creators" and
"concurrent_requests" config lines only seem to be valid for WMS/Mapnik
sources, and don't seem to make a difference for TMS sources.
