[MapProxy] Provided Polygons

Hello Chris,

Looking at the coordinates, it seems like these polygons are using SRS
'EPSG:900913'. From the documentation at
http://mapproxy.org/docs/0.9.0/seed.html, I see in the example:

 switzerland:
    polygons: 'polygons/SZ.txt'
    polygons_srs: EPSG:900913
    level: [0, 14]
    srs: ['EPSG:900913']
