[MapProxy] WMS source with SRS EPSG:102100, same as 900913

Just to let the list know, yes, I can now use MapProxy with an ArcGIS
server that uses EPSG:102100. I believe the latest version of the
server uses EPSG:3857, but I imagine many servers out there haven't
updated yet.
