[MapProxy] Reprojecting on the fly using an epsg file with tiles cached in EPSG:23031

Hi,

I have changed the entries of <23031> and <25831> at the custom EPSs file on the Windows installation and it works.
The new entries contain the +towgs84 or +nadgrids parameter:

<23031> +proj=utm +zone=31 +ellps=intl  +nadgrids=100800401.gsb +units=m +no_defs  <>
<25831> +proj=utm +zone=31 +ellps=GRS80 +towgs84=0,0,0,0,0,0,0 +units=m +no_defs  <>

Then I guess you have different versions of proj4 and something changed, or you found a bug in PyProj. :/
