[MapProxy] publish ArcGIS Server cache as TMS and WMS

So I'm trying MapProxy with an ESRI cache, and I get this error:

KeyError: 'format'

I have the simplest yaml possible. A single layer, a single source, and a single cache... I tried also with no cache, same result.

Anyone knows what's going on?
