[MapProxy] Months at refresh_before from seed config file

Hi all

I've maybe discovered a bug at seed configuration file.

The docs say I can use "month: X" to say which tiles to refresh
(refresh_before) but it's not working on my 1.0.1 mapproxy (windows).

I've tried also with "months" in plural as other date keywords but
without success.

days, minutes etc are working AFAIK
