[MapProxy] Installation Error on Win XP

Hello Geo-folks,

i tried to install the MapProxy on my Win XP but i've got unfortunately an error during the virtualenv-installation. 

Here are the cmd messages:

So I think that the problem may be in the internet proxy server in our company. Python tryes to download some packages from internet and fails because it tryes it directly and not over a proxy. 

How can i change it???
