[MapProxy] WKT country polygons

Hi,

I just updated the WKT country polygons http://mapproxy.org/static/polygons/
The world boundaries shapefile I'm using to create the polygons is not in EPSG:3857/900913 as I was expecting, but just plain mercator and this results in an south-ward offset of about 20km. They are now transformed to EPSG:3857.
