[MapProxy] [] add a wmts layer

Thank you Oliver, that tool worked great.  It turned out that the
resolution was my main problem.  Once I added the resolutions and
'origin:nw', I no longer get the incompatible grid message.  I still need
to tweak a few things though, I can't see the actual image yet. But this is
progress! Thanks again.
