[MapProxy] Troubles creating a proper configuration for german wmts service

Hi Malte,

here are two hints for finding the right grid definition:

For the gird definition, you need to use the corner coordinates of the tiles and not the advertised service BBOX.

WMTS doesn't use 91 DPI but a definition of 0.28mm per pixel. Just omit the --dpi option.
