[MapProxy] WMTS GetCapabilities

Hi Raffaello,

thanks for the configuration. I found a bug related to the tile origins of the internal MapProxy cache and WMTS (nw/ul and sw/ll where not equal). It's fixed in master. 

Look for nightly builds here http://mapproxy.org/download.html

You can only define one request_format.
