[MapProxy] Projection Issues with 1.4

Hi,

I upgraded MapProxy from 1.2.1 to 1.4.0.
The mapproxy.yaml has not changed between these 2 versions, but with 
version 1.4 i get a projection issue:
The Tiles are now placed ~40km southwards compared to the 1.2.1 version. 
The problem can be seen in any projection (900913, 25832, 31467 etc.)
Has anything regarding the projection changed in this 2 versions 
(->proj)? Any suggestions what causes this problem would be appreciated.
