[MapProxy] installation on windows x64

I do it this way:
1. install Python 2.7 http://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.3/python-2.7.3.amd64.msi  
  
2. install python distribute (easy_install) http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/qm6isj3u/distribute-0.6.35.win-amd64-py2.7.exe  
3. install python PIL http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/qm6isj3u/PIL-1.1.7.win-amd64-py2.7.exe  
4. install python   pyproj http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/qm6isj3u/pyproj-1.9.3.win-amd64-py2.7.exe  
5. install python   shapely http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/qm6isj3u/Shapely-1.2.17.win-amd64-py2.7.exe  
6. run cmd as Administrator, cd   \Python27\Scripts  
7. easy_install MapProxy

So it should work.

Subject: [MapProxy] installation on windows x64

Hi all,
  
  the installation of mapproxy fails with the message:
  "error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat"
  
  OS: Virtual Machine - Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard / Intel 64
  
  What I did:
  - Followed the instructions from the documentation
  => installation failed with specified errormessage
  
  - Downloaded the pyproj-special-bin from gohlkes website ( pyproj-1.9.3.win-amd64-py2.7.‌exe ) and run easy_install pyproj....exe
  
  every time I'm running "easy_install MapProxy" or "pyproj...exe" I'm getting that error message.
  
  I still found two threads about that issue, but they didn't get me any further.
