[MapProxy] mapproxy upgrade

Solved,

I declared theese options in

sources:
  Calabria_UTM33:
    type: wms
    req:
      url: http://myhostname/cgi-bin/mapserv?map=/home/wert/DEV/Regione_CentroControllo/MapServer/mapfile_calabria_base.map
      layers: Calabria_UTM33
      transparent: true

obviously mapserver was configured with RGBA mode.
