[MapProxy] tms_capabilities - internal error

Hi,

Nope, same internal error with and without semicolon.

But it seems to work with 'webmercator' as the projection, i.e.
http://127.0.0.1:8080/demo/?tms_capabilities&layer=osm&srs=webmercator (with
the latest 1.7.x branch, and 1.8.x branch).
