[MapProxy] Mapnik WMS passthorugh

Hi there,
yes, MapProxy included functionality to make MapProxy render
images and caches them afterwards.
In some setups, I'm using "Paleoserver" for WMS from Mapnik.
It's also written by Dane Springmeyer and works like a charm.
