[MapProxy] mapproxy wms OK but kml has black bg

Thanks, Oliver.  I swapped out the WMS I want to use (mine) w/ one from another source, and the problem went away.  So something must be busted on my WMS side, completely outside of the mapproxy world.  Sorry for the false alarm.
