[MapProxy] INSPIRE - ExtendedCapabilities

Hello,


For an INSPIRE-View Service are required:

1.       ExtendedCapabilities

2.       AuthorityURL + name + Identifier

3.       MetadataURL in Layer

Number 2 und 3 are supported in MapProxy.
      identifier:
        - url:    http://example.org/
          name:   HKU1234
          value:  Some value
      metadata:
        - url:    http://example.org/metadata2.xml
          type:   INSPIRE
          format: application/xml
        - url:    http://example.org/metadata2.xml
          type:   ISO19115:2003
          format: application/xml

But I didn't found, where I can configure the ExtendedCapabilities with languages-parameters and MetadataURL.

Can everybody help me?
