[MapProxy] oversampling cache

I have a fully satellite imagery in fully seeded cache from zoom 0-19 and
no longer have access to the source wms.  I would like to provide the data
to clients in a 'tile' service up to zoom level 21 with out storing the
tiles. Is my only option to create another cache / grid specifically for
the higher zoom levels as described here:

or is there another way.
