Hi,

most solutions to integrate Python WSGI applications into IIS are not well maintained:

ISAPI-WSGI last release >5 years (MIT)
https://github.com/hexdump42/isapi-wsgi

pyisapie last release candidate >5 years (GPL)
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pyisapie/files/pyisapie/1.1.0-rc4/

iiswsgi last release >2 years (GPL)
https://github.com/rpatterson/iiswsgi

I didn’t know about that one. Seems to be fairly recent but I don’t know how it works outside of Azure.

Maybe someone can give it a try and document if/how it works?
