[MapProxy] WMS request Capital Letters

Hi all,
I experience a problem with a WMS source. It’s that the WMS only excepts capital letters as parameters. like REQUEST instead of request. Actually it’s the one:

http://wms.kartes.lv/PRFA/wgs/orto/??STYLES=&FORMAT=image%2Fpng&HEIGHT=171&BBOX=20.9470649556,55.6346678284,28.286029595,58.0985828626&LAYERS=LatviaOrtho&crs=CRS%3A84&SERVICE=WMS&WIDTH=512&REQUEST=GetMap&version=1.3.0

this request works but this

Anything one can do in mapproxy or do we have to rewrite the request in a proxy?
