[MapProxy] Use TMS cache as a source

you can use them as a source:
https://mapproxy.org/docs/nightly/sources.html#tiles

Basic example (e.g. if files are on your local system):

sources:
  my_tms_sourcename:
    type: tile
    url: file:///path/to/tiles/%(z)s/%(x)s/%(y)s.png
