[MapProxy] MapProxy reloading time

​​Oh that's good news (although it is not what I am experiencing here).

I am `watch'-ing the download of a tile from MapProxy,  and after touching
the mapproxy.yaml file I receive the tile only after a long while (~few
seconds).

Ideas?
