[MapProxy] sqlite lock file

Hi,

Thinking of trying the sqlite cache option. I note the lock file mention and wondered about the situation if multiple instances are using the same backend - should the file be visible to all or is it ok local to each instance?

In reality I anticipate any controlled seeding to be via one instance so only ad-hoc access from others.
