[MapProxy] Invalid configuration error in mapproxy.yaml

Hi,

I try to enable the log from the config.py generater.
But I have a new error .

NoSectionError: No section: 'formatters'

Unfortunatelly I don't find any reference to a "formatter" section in
the mapproxy manual.
