[MapProxy] change the grid resolution

Hi,
Is possible to change the grid resolution adding some low scale level
without lost all the previous caching done ?

More explicitly:
I have a grid with this values:

    res: [
         #  res            level     scale @96.0 DPI
          264.5833333333, #  0     1000000.00000000
           66.1458333333, #  1      250000.00000000
           18.5208333333, #  2       70000.00000000
            6.6410416667, #  3       25100.00000000
            6.6145833333, #  4       25000.00000000
            5.2916666667, #  5       20000.00000000
            2.6458333333, #  6       10000.00000000
            1.3229166667, #  7        5000.00000000
            0.6614583333, #  8        2500.00000000
            0.5291666667, #  9        2000.00000000
            0.2645833333, #  10        1000.00000000
            0.1322916667, #  11         500.00000000
            0.0661458333, #  12         250.00000000
            0.0264583333, #  13         100.00000000
    ]

And need to add some other levels with res 400.0 and so on.
I don't understand if adding this I invalidate the actual cache using this
grid.
