[MapProxy] Sending auto-config request

Hello list 
I have Geoserver on Docker and Mapproxy,
We use gsconfig to publish new layers to Geoserver, and I need to trigger Mapproxy to read this layer, Is there any way to do that?
Now it's configure as read capabilities file from Geoserver.
