[MapProxy] getfeatureinfo formats

I have a WMS source service that supports  the application/vnd.ogc.gml
getfeatureinfo format.  I'd like to provide text/html and text/plain
through mapproxy using xslt transformation (I have working xslt files that
I can use for each translation).  Unfortunately I have not been able to
configure this correctly in MapProxy.  Any advice?
