[MapProxy] Combining .gpkg caches

Hello,

we have quite a number of MapProxy instances for cities and municipalities,
each one of those has a single .gpkg cache. We also want to keep a separate
instance, where all (or selected) caches are displayed together in one
instance. Is this easily possible in Mapproxy with a (possibly) minimal
.yaml file? The idea behind this is, that if we update a map layer of one
city or municipality, it also carries over to the "overview" instance
without having to re-seed this one and to not need some additional space,
as technically all caches are just re-used in a single map.
